N5RD Volunteer Examiner Team

On exam day bring the following items:

1.  A legal photo ID:

   • State Issued Drivers License

   • State Issued Identification Card

   • US Passport

   • Student ID
     
     ** If no photo ID is available, two forms of identification must be presented:

   • Non-photo Identification 

   • Birth Certificate

   • Utility bill or bank statement showing the person’s current address as it appears on Form 605

2.  Bring your FRN -- (If testing for Technician)

3.  A basic calculator with memories cleared -- (No scientific, graphing, or cell phone calculators will be allowed)

4.  Pencils and scratch paper will be provided

5.  Cell phones should be turned off

6.  Exam session fee of $14.00 (cash only) -- Exact change will help us tremendously
