On exam day bring the following items:

State Issued Identification Card
US Passport
Student ID
** If no photo ID is available, two forms of identification must be presented:Non-photo Identification
Birth Certificate
Utility bill or bank statement showing the person’s current address as it appears on Form 605
Bring your FRN -- (If testing for Technician)
A basic calculator with memories cleared -- (No scientific, graphing, or cell phone calculators will be allowed)
Pencils and scratch paper will be provided
Cell phones should be turned off
Exam session fee of $14.00 (cash only) -- Exact change will help us tremendously
